Holds a bachelor’s degree in law from King Khalid University, a master’s degree in Private Law from Majmaah University, and a diploma in Banking and Investment Sciences from King Abdulaziz University. He has a fellowship in Islamic Financial Jurisprudence and Dispute Resolution from Qadhaa Organization, along with various specialized certificates in commercial law. He has over eight years of professional experience, including his role as Director of Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, where he earned membership in several committees such as the Bid Review and Opening Committee, chaired committees like the Municipal Grievances Committee and the Disciplinary Committee, and served as a Freelancer Legal consultant for various law firms and several companies, establishing corporate governance foundations and board structures. Additionally, he was a legal advisor to the Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, drafting agreements involving the ministry and regulatory bylaws. He also worked as a lecturer at the Financial Academy of the Capital Market Authority, specializing in securities, insurance, finance, and banking. He holds an IFCE certificate in insurance and CME-1 certificate in securities operations from the Financial Academy of the Capital Market Authority

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sharia from the Islamic University of Madinah and a master’s degree in Private Law from Majmaah University. He started working at the age of eight in various fields. In the legal sector, he gained experience in numerous law firms, from the era of paper-based systems to modern electronic tools in litigation, drafting, enforcement, settlements, and legal research, covering financial, commercial, civil, real estate, traffic, family, criminal, tax, customs, terrorism cases and transactions. He later became a legal advisor and head of legal affairs at a publicly listed company, managing shareholder affairs, drafting general assembly Trails, submitting them to the Ministry of Commerce, overseeing corporate governance, conducting administrative investigations, and supervising the transition from a closed to a public company and its initial public offering. He continued his career at the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia, providing legal consultations, researches, and studies for the heads of the judicial offices, drafting Final Verdicts and its Grounds, managing judicial sessions and Hearing Trails both in-person and virtual, responding to beneficiary inquiries, annotating property deeds, handling rehabilitation claims, supervising, and training new employees in Civil-rights, EX-Parte, and medical errors cases.
